⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to thank Wilmary and Yanice for all their help during my apartment process. They were very professional, kind, and efficient. Thanks to them, I was able to get my apartment quickly and without any complications. They were always available to answer my questions and guide me every step of the way. I highly recommend their service! 🙌🏽

While our time at river reach is coming to an end because we now make over the income limit and wanted a 3 bedroom the past two years have been great maintenance responds fast and yes of course we did have some issues they always heard our questions and concerns we also understand that no apartment is perfect. We appreciated everyone here. Thank you guys :)

This place does not even deserve 1 star. They are scam artists. Run away from this place do not even rent here. The toilets are very old and barely flush and AC super old broke several times. My toilets had issues before me moving here. The toilets get clogged very easily even without putting any toilet paper inside. My neighbors has complain as well about their toilets. Elena Ramos told me I can't do work orders anymore for the toilets. One night my toilet flooded. I had to call emergency maintenance to come and turn the valve off the toilet to turn the water off because it kept flooding. When the maintenance guy came he said a company will come out with blowers to get the water out but they came next morning. One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. If you want to live in the Ghetto you have the right place. Can't enjoy the pool because of the drinking, smoking, loud music and out of control behavior. Maintenance is a joke. Potholes all over. Management could care less. Your unit will look nothing like the model. Rent is outrageous for this complex. Much better complexes in the area. Below you will see a few phots of the worst things. Mold and Mildew on the doors, stairs etc. Your mail and packages left wide open for anyone to take, even tho they have a locker system. Buyer Beware.

Very nice place to move in. The personnel is wonderful. Wilmarie and her co worker Emily are amazing. We love the pool. River Reach Apts is close to major Restaurants, Supermarkets and the highway 408
