Honestly, everything has gone smoothly so far. Sam and Cameron (leasing office) was very patient with me through the whole leasing process and answered all of my questions. They were very nice and made me feel welcomed. The apartment itself is good, maintenance has come by fairly quickly after filling out a request.

Sarah and cameron in the office always provides great service. Following through on requests, clarifying questions and concerns. The mamagement and support team really know how to take care of their residents!

I've been here about a week and already can't wait till I'm fully settled. The office staff was kind, knowledgeable, and worked with me to get the apartment I wanted. Katelyn and Cameron by far exceeded my expectations and have made the complex as welcoming as it is. Even when my AC went out the maintenance was there within the hour to come check it out. The staff is knowledgeable, understanding, and will work with you. Compared to my last complex this place is amazing 😭

DO NOT RENT HERE. Let’s start with the fact that we moved apartments on 3 separate occasions due to bug problems. In our 3rd apartment we were put in I started to see roaches. We were suppose to get pest control and they never came. I was told I wasn’t home which is strange given I don’t have a car and I’m at home with a newborn baby. I called to see what can be done and the property manger was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never left a review for anything in my entire life. She insinuated that I was lying about being home.

Absolutely horrible experience, been out of AC for a month and they haven’t tried to ease the issue. They gave us a portable weeks ago but could only put it in the living room. So our bedroom and bathroom have been sitting at a cool 80 degrees for 3 weeks. We haven’t seen or heard from them. Ridiculous, we were told they had to wait for one part now another. Our lease is up in 2 months and I will not be resigning. No care for their residents, and this is just the top of the issue starting with BUGS and amenities never being available. Don’t start a lease here, you will regret it. UPDATE: still no AC and no one cares to give us compensation or a new ac unit… just waiting on a mysterious part for 2 months. Also major roach infestation that they refuse to deal with. No matter how much poison
