Very friendly staff and affordable to rent. Alot of paperwork and safety investigation on background and previous leasing services from other companies. ID, birth certificate, social security card, income and history checks ✔️. I like that it's next to the river and have 1234 bedrooms. Solar panels on the roof and efficiently comfortable for the update. HUD and housing authority eligible and low income. It's the best deal I am going to find.

Since they started the remodeling process it has been a long journey. Went without water a lot still having issues with the water pressure and hot water, they don't let us know when the water is gonna be turned off, went without electricity, turned electric off around 9am I left about 10:30 p.m. same day electric was turned off due to no electricity. Been without the laundry room since July, get a letter stating laundry room now open some machines still waiting on parts, go to use the laundry room and spent over half of my card money trying to find a machine to work, it would start feeling the shout off and drain out the water. And then you can't get laundry done, or your money back, go to the office get told we don't have anything to do with the machines call the 1-800 number have to leav

Maintenance answered my service request quickly. They were polite and efficient. They fixed the issue quickly.

I will be moving in soon more considering if people around the area is nosey.
