River Park Apartments

Hurts even doing this , I was at that spot like 6 years. It WAS , kinda perfect besides never having the pool open I don’t swim idc , but short & sweet . New management took over & wow it’s a mess . If you move in you will have roaches. Everywhere, the hallways never clean . Pool won’t be open ever , don’t let them bullshit you trust me it hurts , i just want people to understand . It’s not worth it .

Lived there for almost 4 years, worst experience of my life. Not to mention bed bugs , mold, 3 different managers, but the homeless who sleep in the hallways , strung out in the parking lot, and at one time walked into my apartment” looking for the maintenance man”. We were happy there was a pool as we have toddler, but it was never opened after years of saying parts were being ordered. Their apartments literally fell apart with normal use, they are still billing me months later and took my deposit. we witnessed people dying people abandoning dogs inside their apartment. Cops would show up every week. It’s not a great place For anybody let alone, a young family trying to raise their daughter.

Apartments are tiny for the price you’ll pay. For the almost 3 years here the pool was closed. Homeless people sleep in the hallways. Drug addicts pass out in the hallways and leave paraphernalia in the laundry areas. There should be cameras but, it’ll cost the tenants instead of the owners doing the right thing. Laundry is expensive, you’re better off going to a laundromat. Management isn’t necessarily the nicest. The 2 redeeming qualities are its fairly quiet if you get good neighbors and most of the tenants are nice. I just wouldn’t with this place unless it’s your last resort. More of an fyi, there are no views of the river from these apartments.

Lived here 3 years. Management changes regularly, current owner very rude, told me to deal with mold and bug problem myself (never complained, always pay rent on time). Carpet can literally be picked up on one side of the apartment. The fake tile laminent in the kitchen not stapled down on one side, peels up. When they replaced my a.c. unit, the new unit was a different size and there were cracks between the the wall and the unit so I've been using paper towels to keep bugs from crawling through the cracks. No one picks up after their dogs. Nice location, except the sketchy vibe and people you get from living near a motel 6. Excited to leave this place AVOID, GOOD RIDDANCE.

Horrible apartments they change management like they do underwear none of them can keep up with nothin mold infested not to mention 2 water tanks for 24 units making you fight for hot water everyday. The new owners are 3 brothers and are horrible crooks and this place needs the health department ASAP.
