Lived here for many years Home owners PBC Home Owners dues keep going up. The so-called president don’t have a half a brain but is really good at taking pay offs from everyone he does business with. The latest racket is if he doesn’t like the way a vehicle is parked, they lock the wheels and charge you Anywhere from $90.00 to $150.00 and of cause he gets a piece of it. It is just legal way to rob the residents and their guests.
These ppl are complete garbage, all they do is harass everyone. I wouldn't recommend living or doing business here.
Lived there for 7 yrs. Home owner keeps going up and neighborhood has changed. Not 1 person on my block is still there
Neighborhood is nice and quiet the homeowner association is a let down!
Quiet Family oriented community.
