River Oaks Apartments

I used to stay out there. They do have mold in the apartment. They need to call new 19 out there. And if you’re not on the lease out there, they will take your car. They had to take my mom’s car several times.

When you call for information no one answers the phone. When I finally did get someone on the phone. They said they only in the office Monday Wednesday and Friday. Call during their work hours no one picks up the phone. I got so mad one time I called 15 times in a row and they blocked or send my number straight to voicemail. I'm like if you had time to block or send me straight to voicemail you had time to answer the phone. I only call to see if they have any available apartments because you can't really tell by the website. I call like every other month or so because you never know when someone will move. But it's annoying when you can't reach anyone. I've been calling for at least 6 months now and only got someone to answer the phone once

I thank God for a roof over our heads but I HATE I moved my children out here DISGUSTING living environment calling news 19 the people over apartments and who ever else because we are humans too and don't deserve to live like this

When people say that they have problems with things they give the run around:an for you guys to let someone move in this apartment knowing that it needs work says a lot.
