River North

I scheduled an appointment at River North two days in advance and even canceled another meeting to attend. However, when I arrived at the River North office at the scheduled time, I was told that they were having an office meeting and were not available. This was very disappointing. If there was an office meeting planned, they should not have booked an appointment with me at the same time. I’m very disappointed and do not recommend this place.

Trashy people running this place. We moved out, and they charged us to paint the apartment when there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. And of course they were too stupid to come up with a reason for needing to repaint. During the move out inspection, I was told the place looked great. Lazy, disgusting behavior. Don't waste your time with this scam of a company.

I was a Tennant with this company for 4 years. At first the experience was worry and stress free with management at the time. They aided us with finding a place to live while attending school down the road. As time progressed, their management became more inconsistent and chaotic. When calling the office, they don't always answer or return messages. When they do answer, I got mixed responses for various questions. Maintenance on the properties I lived in were responsive, but didn't always fix things to professional standards. For example, the outlets were loose in my first apartment and the plugs fell out over time. The fix I got was them bending the prongs on my electronics and then forcing them into the sockets. Nice very polite staff and leasing agents. Clean and nicely decorated office space in north fargo they do except ndrh program and section 8 they have a application fee however that fee should be covered by the NDRent help program or your hud vash voucher some apartments are voiding all application fees due to covid 19 relief bills

These apartments are exactly what I needed. They are affordable and River North is very good with maintenance and any needs you may have.They are also fairly close to NDSU. This is my second time renting with them and I would rent with them again.
