River Landing

When moving here to River Landing I was not sure at first but when I met Lennox James his great sales pitch and people communication skills made the experience more applicable. We had no doubt that this was going to be our new home, also when we have the lease to renew he is always there to help. We live here for three years now in the same apartment when it comes on to maintenance in a heartbeat they get the job done and thanks to the entire team. I love my community!!!!

The maintenance personnel Tony was very professional and he had explained to me everything that went wrong with our leak issue. He used a tarp to protect the carpet and he cleaned up behind himself. It's good to have him working in our neighborhood.

Apartment was nice. Loved the view from my sunroom. I had a good time when I lived there. Only negative is that I’ve moved out 2 years now and am still waiting on my deposit back. I’ve been into the office a couple times and Ms Kim updated my new address but I still haven’t gotten my deposit back. I’d recommend living there but the deposit return is an issue.

Anthony was quick to respond to our issue. He took his time to make sure our problem was resolved before leaving. Quite knowledgeable about electrical work and has a really nice personality.

I called maintenance about my kitchen sink backing up. Tony called me back within 10 minutes. He came out and took care of the problem. He also let me know about the pipes under the sink. I asked him if he could replace the one piece. He said it would possibly be Monday as he had the piece on order. It took maybe an hour. Tony was great!
