River Haven

We have lived here for 8 years. The rent is reasonable. The apartment complex is well maintained and landscaped. The maintenance team is prompt and responsive. Overall, I don’t really see us leaving unless is to another part of the city.

While helping a newly transported relative relocate to Raleigh, I stumbled across River Haven apartments. With the ever rising cost of housing, we found an affordable and safe option in River Haven apartments. Her apartment was delivered in great condition, exceptionally clean.The staff was friendly and processed her information in a timely manner. She loves her new apartment and it is close to her work.

The living area is nice, but the people at the leasing office are almost never there. The number they have listed doesn't have an answering machine set up, it just says "no one is available to take your call, please try again later" and hangs up.

Mrs.Adela is an awesome young lady she was so helpful and so compassionate. You have a jewel I. Your company. I called and spoke to Arron he was very helpful and customer service was great! They made this process very easy!! Thank you both Angela Tate

I have been a resident here at River Haven for over eight years and I must say the new manager is amazing and so welcoming. We are so grateful for him and look forward to his continued success- Erin Pace. Welcome to River Haven!
