“I just moved into Rivergate Homes, and I have to say, Joe, the manager, has been absolutely fantastic. Anytime I’ve had an issue, he resolves it right away. He keeps the townhomes spotless, always pays attention to every detail, and if we ever need help, he doesn’t hesitate to step in. He’s kind, respectful, and really makes us feel at home here. I’ve been disappointed in the way this place is managed since I moved in over a year ago but had continued to give the benefit of a doubt. Majority of the issues I have never get resolved. The day of my move in I found out I didn’t have a fridge in which it took over a week to get it installed— not sure why I wasn’t notified before my move in date. It’s impossible to get in contact with the manager via phone calls or emails. I’ve been overcharged in rent for multiple months and it’s been a struggle trying to get the issue resolved. Why am I being held responsible to pay for a mistake that continues to be made by the company? The gate will stay open for days. RIVERGATE Townhomes is an amazing place to live! The homes are spacious, the property is fully gated, and the doggy park is perfect for pet owners.
