1 star If I could give zero, I would. This property is a textbook example of how not to manage housing. When I moved in, there was a leak in the roof dripping water through a light fixture—a serious safety hazard that pre-dated my lease and was never properly addressed despite multiple requests. Worse, I asked for ADA-related accommodations due to a disability and was met with complete silence and dismissiveness. The office was often locked with no notice, and the staff member inside refused to give their name or any contact info. I still don’t know if this place is being managed or just abandoned. Maintenance is nonexistent. Communication is hostile at best. And if you’re someone who expects safety, dignity, or legal compliance—don’t expect to find it here. This isn’t just about poor

They worry about everything else but cleaning and fixing the buildings. There’s black mold inside the apartments as well. The residents are rude and dirty, leaving trash and glass everywhere. The price is too high to live there and deal with all those problems

I am going to give a 5-star because the management team and maintenance team is wonderful. If you request anything they are there to do the job. Even the 24 hour maintenance line was great. Maintenance Man Jose stayed on the phone with me to guide me to fix the smoke detector. After, he made sure to keep in contact to let me know when to come to the apartment what time etc. VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. Pest control done every 2 to 3 months. I have not complain about anything. It is quiet, great people , great location and staff. Even though it does not have amenities it is a great place to live. I have been there for over a year.

It's like living in a dump, trash all over. Garbage was not picked up the whole week, now is all around the parking and landscaping.
