River Crossing Apartments

To response from River Crossing: I have forwarded you all the corresponding emails again for your review to see that I've been reaching out to you. Still no response. I don't appreciate your snarky comments and I would like to reach out to the owner since management lacks professionalism. Update : I've reached out via email numerous times due to work schedule...I have yet to be contacted. Just like work orders, I leave contact information for planning time for service when home and never received anything. I have sent at least 3 emails for the service dog charges.... I live here. Definitely come if you love being kept up nightly by other empty apartments, being charged for service dog, not emotional support...an actual service dog, have service requests ignored

Take it from someone who lived here for 2+ years. Find another place. You do not want to sign anything with these people. This place should be your last choice. The apartments are deteriorating from the inside to the outside. The leasing office is zero help. The people who own this place are purely in it for the money. Shame.

We traveled halfway across the country with appointments to visit apartments. Scheduled an appointment with River Crossing at 1:30. We were turned away (we arrive a little early) because the girls who shows the apartments was taking her lunch from 1-2. I was NOT waiting an hour for her to eating. After walking around we decided to leave. If that’s the service we will get from management, NO THANK YOU!! **Management responded to my review. The appointment was not under my name. It was under my daughter’s, Ashley. We DID have an appointment. And, whoever was in the office did turn us away!!

Bobby is wonderful. Ice cream bar was amazing and very nice gesture to the community for the holidays 😌

if i could give 0 stars i would. this is the worst place i have ever lived in my whole life. the manager "Bobby" is just awful. he states thar he does not have "legally" answer the phone, emails or keep the office door unlocked. he throws the word "legally" around alot. in the year that i lived here i was maybe able to speak with him twice regarding concerns we had. i still sent emails and left messages on the office phone he just never got back with me. the only way "Bobby" communicated with anyone was through notes on the door. if he needed something or wanted to inform us of inspections or something he would write a note and tape it outside our door. alot of the time we did not get the notes so it lead to alot of confusion. most recently he tapped our rental renewal form to the door and
