This is a great place to stay especially for a short term lease. Everyone who worked here was very kind and helpful, they always responded quickly to maintenance needs. The move in/out process was drama free. The place was clean and safe. I would stay here again.

I absolutely love this place. I have been through a lot, this place has worked with me every step of the way. This is how property management and rentals should be: I pay my rent, I get a safe and friendly reliable place to stay. The staff LaStarr and Erica are paramount to the current running smoothly of the place. Service managers Tim and Clint are extremely professional and respond to service request instantly. I honestly can not say enough - the application is process is smooth and unlike most places EXTREMELY fair. If you need an affordable place to stay now, hands down this is place to go in Wilmington. OH and the property is super close to everything in walking distance like target and walmart and they have a nice clean big saltwater pool. Thanks Guys!

We just moved to Wilmington and needed an affordable place to get us started. River city worked with our not perfect credit score which we are very grateful for. Beautiful small studio apartments, everything included electric, water, pest control (if ever need), and Valet trash service (Picks up right at your door 5 nights a week)! We love the dog park for our 2 pups. There's a well equipped exercise room, pool, and a laundry room on each floor, as well as an outdoor community gathering area equipped with corn hole, a picnic table, Adirondack chairs etc. Everyone we've met living here is neighborly and friendly. The only draw back is this area of Market St. has high traffic and some homeless population. You can walk to everything from your apartment, Dunkin, Target, Walmart, Restaurants, t

The new office manager is very polite and has made a lot of changes in the little time he has been here. I love my studio. Big enough for me. Very affordable with lights and water included. We have several amenities also. Very happy.

I am new to Wilmington and this newly renovated community has been an absolute delight! From the modern amenities to the friendly staff, every aspect of this place exudes comfort and convenience. Plus, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home!
