I had a wonderful experience touring River City North! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and truly felt like home. The grounds and common areas were clean, and maintenance staff was very professional during my visit. A special thank you to Maria, the Property Manager, who seems to go above and beyond for residents. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the community. Maria communicated clearly, addressed concerns promptly, and always treated me with respect and kindness. If you’re looking for a place that is well-managed and welcoming, I highly recommend River City North!

Elderly and disabled the heat stop working for a week maintenance came in a changed the thermostat and and it still would not run and stay on they called a professional they only argue with me and gave me a lesson on how to read and operate a thermostat I am almost 70 and lived in many places with thermostat. They left and it still did not work.this is the same place that didn't replace my stove. The same place that lost my rent check and wanted me to just write another check. Of course I am not an idiot I told them they better find it.water l make spell leaks in the bathroom wall. Contact a week ago and heat still doesn't work

Do not move here. Office Workers never in office or Answer the phone or Email! Most apartments have bugs! And they stay switching Lease managers. Corporate office in Nashville is terrible as well.You been WARNED! 10/2/2025 I just read the message that was left for me. You stated that I would receive a refund for two application fees. However, I was also told to hold a $200 U-Haul truck with the promise that I would be moved in within a week. That did not happen, and it was misleading and unprofessional. I explained at the time that I could not afford to hold the truck for that long, but I was reassured that the move would happen soon. Very nice apartments clean and well maintained. The property manager is very professional and pleasant to do business with Maria Liggins is the one to talk to if your needing assistance for anything!!!
