River Birch at Town Center Apartments

Everything is pretty much going good just had one problem. My neighbors above me. Don’t know how to not bump on the floor is like kids are running around every day all day except for school hours and I have a elderly mother that lives here that sometimes can’t tolerate that noise. That’s my only problem.

I was approved quickly at another property after this experience, so I’m sharing this for others navigating housing right now. The application process here lacked timely communication and clarity. Follow-ups took over a week, calls came late on Fridays with limited information, and the same documentation was requested multiple times. Additional address verification was pursued despite no eviction history and landlord references being provided. As a parent applying during winter months, the delays added unnecessary stress. Ultimately, I decided to move forward elsewhere.

Since I have lived here it has been iffy. My biggest issue is that they NEVER EVER answer the phone. No matter what time of day I have called for the last few months the phone is never picked up. Also for the last few months the office is always closed. The office doesn't open when it should, the office is closed and locked for hours in the middle of the day and Kim always Has an attitude and is rude. Trying to get simple help from this front office staff is pulling teeth and is so much of a problem when it shouldn't be.

Have raccoons in the ceiling, and all they’ve done is trap it up there! Now you can constantly hear it scratching, like it’s trying to break through the ceiling. CALL ANIMAL CONTROL to get it out! The leasing office is not taking this situation seriously — this is a health and safety issue. I smell a lawsuit coming…

I love the food pantry and their volunteers. Everyone is very polite. This food helps my family every week that I go there. I would love to thank Mya for allowing this to happen. I don't know what I would do if I wasn't able to come to this pantry every week. Thank you ever so much for helping this community.
