I recently moved into this building, and my experience has been exceptional from day one . the leasing office team truly sets the tone for the entire community. They are professional, approachable, and refreshingly straightforward. Every interaction has been clear, efficient and welcoming. They genuinely make residence feel valued. The building itself is constantly clean and well maintained .common areas are spotless ,and you can tell that attention to detail is a priority here. the amenities are thoughtfully designed and always in a great condition ,making every living feel elevated and comfortable. overall this has been a wonderful place to call home and I highly recommend it.

This property markets itself as a luxury community, but our experience has been anything but. There have been frequent disturbances, including endless loud noises from neighboring units, ongoing barking from dogs left neglected, neighbors with loud speakers and repeated police and ambulance visits to the property for serious incidents like assault, mental health crisis, trespassing, and more. It feels chaotic and unsafe rather than peaceful. One of the reasons myself and my roommate moved here was because it is and still is a no smoking property. This property is anything but no smoking. People smoke in the hallways, in the elevators, common spaces, parking garage, and in and out of their units. In my second week living here now and I’m perpetually blown away. I noticed the property a few months ago and booked a tour with Rafael. You’ll find him quick-witted, understanding, responsive, and overall incredibly professional. I was also impressed by the property — it’s immaculate and maintained spectacularly. Also, every team member has been so accommodating and helpful while I get my bearings here. I’m overall very happy to call Rivair home!

I like this place and we would like to renew my lease, but the smell of marijuana in the hallways is terrible. I can't even go to the balcony or open any of the windows because the smell is awful, and it's a shame because they say it's a smoking-free zone. The place is amazing, very pet-friendly, but if you leave your balcony open, the dog can easily faint.

Rivair Compound is a good place to live. The location is perfect, right in the center of San Diego, with a large mall directly across the street, which makes everything very convenient. The community is pet-friendly, which is a big plus. My two-bedroom apartment has very spacious rooms and a great layout. Maintenance service is excellent, always quick and reliable, and the leasing office team is kind, professional, and very helpful. The roof deck and outdoor spaces are beautiful and well maintained.
