Riva Apartments

Herminio came to help fix my sink from a major leak and was the most kind and patient with the issue informing me about what was needed. He was quick and respectful the whole time. Happy I live in a complex with great people and works.

I’ve lived there almost 2yrs, I love how it’s in a good neighborhood, quiet, and only 5min from the mall, Universal Studios, the shopping centers and eateries. I feel that it’s a great spot for the price! Also if you need to exercise, there’s a circle that goes around the neighborhood, and it’s about a mile. However there are gyms nearby. During my stay, I loved how friendly the staff and Manager Naomi is, and also when I faced issues (you will face issues everywhere you go, no matter the property) however the Riva staff (front desk, manager, and maintenance teams) made sure to accommodate my needs in a timely manner, and will follow up. I really felt they were concerned with my concerns and I love how they work great as a team to ensure I had a great stay. The reason I gave it 4stars is,

I’ve been really happy living here. Naomi and Nicole at the office are absolutely amazing. They’re kind, professional, and really take the time to listen to me. The maintenance team has been phenomenal the time I’ve been here. I’m truly happy to have picked RIVA as my new home.

Harmonio is always a pleasure to work with anytime I have a maintenance issue, he goes over and beyond to make sure i understand and keeping me updated with the process. He also follows up, even when I don’t have a maintenance request seeing him in the community is always a pleasure, he so polite and always speaks . I’m so glad to have a such a caring person to care for my apartment and is always willing to help no matter how long or difficult the issue may be .

The staff at Riva Apartments are Lovely! All the information online is correct and the apartments are as described. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with consideration and benevolence. I worked with Joanna and Nicole, who go above and beyond to explain the process and advocate for you with kindness.
