Going to give another 1 star review although I wish I could give negative stars. They will build you a "decent" home, but you can forget about any service if youre needing it. We purchased our house with the "upgraded" kitchen option, and upon arrival, the company installed the "base" kitchen option. The island was white when we had ordered brown. Until all the emails and phone calls were sent, it ended up taking the company longer to install the correct ordered kitchen then it did to build the entire house. This literally cost us so much time and money as this was the hold up to getting into our house. We were told they were having trouble getting the cabinets when in fact they manufacture their own cabinets. Then we move on to almost a year later when warranty is about to expire, so I

Bought a modular home from a builder who assembled the ritz craft home. Literally wouldn't wish this on anyone. Super bad joist deflection, cheap subfloor, bad drywalling, leaking doors, poor exterior door fitment, garbage roof that had to be replaced. The name of their game must be cheap and fast. Some serious oversight on quality of work. The main issue is that if someone is walking around in the house, no matter where you are you can feel the vibrations from their footsteps. Couple all those issues with the fact that we have had septic backup, leaky showers, broken bathroom vent fans, unpainted walls, unfinished stairs, mold growth on the subfloor, and more. Whatever you do steer clear of Ritzcraft. Thank you for a place filled with gremlins. DUMP

My wife and I purchased a Ritz-Craft custom built modular home through Clear Water Village in Spotswood NJ . Well let me say I am not happy nor impressed with the quality of work and the craftsmanship. From the day we signed the paperwork it has been a nightmare. They said everything was inspected before closing, well first we had no heat, the furnace didn’t work and they sent an heating company out to repair it. Well it took almost a week and the furnace never worked prior to this. The company changed some switch that didn’t work. Well it finally got figured out that the flue was to short. That’s not all there is more a lot more! The kitchen faucet leaked as well as the dishwasher, and then the water heater started leaking. The best yet the shower leaked from day one and was repaired 4 ti

This modular home had more problems than we could have thought possible for a brand new home. Before we even moved in our GC told us the roof was crap. Then I get a call from owner, pretending to be production manager. Dumb move lying to me when I’m not happy with the product sent. He sent 5 “roofers” to replace the roof. Of the 5-3had never been on an angled roof– Only a flat roof that they do in their construction facility. None of our sliders had been shimmed or insulated so they were all three out of whack. There was also a window that would not even open. I can’t necessarily blame that on them that was a crappy Anderson product, but it was obvious. They never tried to open it. They also sent two more people to Vermont from Western Pennsylvania To finish staining the kitchen cab

I heartily agree with the one-star reviews. The appliances (Whirlpool) included in the Ritz-Craft modular home we purchased in 2017 are a joke. We have replaced the refrigerator (door seals failed, magnets fell out), the over-the -range microwave TWICE (it quit again, and we now just have a small one on the counter), and the top rack of the dishwasher twice, and it has just broken again. Half of the windows have never opened. A leak came from somewhere and rotted the subfloor in the kitchen, so the flooring had to be redone. The kitchen pantry pulled away from the wall (the 12 screws used to install it never hit a stud). The day before Thanksgiving, we had to replace the hot water heater. Rain and snow blew in under the front door the first year we were here. We have spent thousands
