Beautiful (model) homes. Quality is not you’d hope for anymore. Especially with shortage of experienced trades. If you have purchase a house from Risland, I’d be concerned with the customer service from their Warranty Department in Prosper. Should you express any concerns, you can expect to be brushed off so you get tired and give up.

Amazing home builder in Prosper Texas at Legacy Gardens! They have amazing amenities in this community such as an amenity center that has work spaces, event hosting areas, gym and a beautiful pool just outside! Risland homes new model home is jaw dropping. From the moment you pull up you are greeted with pure luxury. A full video walk through of the model home will soon be up on the Unlocking DFW Communities Youtube Channel!!!
