Rise Midtown

A HUGE shout out to Property Manager Malika Herron!! My daughter and I were looking for an apartment for her boyfriend who is moving from NYC to attend school in Phoenix around Jan 2026. We went to the rental office but it was locked because of it was during her time for lunch. As we walked away Malika unlocked the entrance door and welcomed us into her office. She explained that she was happy to cut her lunchtime short so she could help us out. She was both friendly and professional as she explained in detail all of the rental options, amenities, upcoming promotions and conveniences in choosing to live within the Rise Midtown community. If I owned rental properties I would definitely try to hire Malika to manage them for me!! We had such a GREAT experience!!! 110%

Moved in two weeks ago. The office personnel help make moving in easy with the credit check and down payment options. The Apartment’s atmosphere has been pleasant. Neighbors seem to have accepted me there as well, while I am in the minority, every one that I’ve spoken with has been friendly and helpful. We will see how the next few months go, but as of now I give my decision to move in a positive step in the right direction.

The move in process was easy and I am thankful for that. I had just moved back here from Cali and needed a place asap. The first few weeks were great. No problems and then the unit upstairs was rented and they fight all day long every day. There is constant noise from them. It caused the windows to shake and freaked my dog out. Then came the roaches. At first it was a few we had pest control come out and I sprayed. Then all of sudden they come back even worse. They were all over the kitchen. I couldn’t keep anything in the little cabinet space there is in the kitchen. That’s another problem there is no storage space in the kitchen. The cabinets are small as hell. Back to the roaches. I finally managed to make it to my next destination in life .. even due to evictions nothin couldn’t hold me back . From ups and downs to rocky roller coasters , I found a place and didn’t hesitate to reach out .. just before you know I was approved .. all thanks to MELISSA .. thank you for your time , help politeness and patience in working with me .

I have to give Malika in the office 5 stars personally. She was very attentive and very quick in the process of me moving into my apartment. Her customer service is impeccable the way that she interacts with the other tenants as I’ve seen as a 10 out of 10 great experience with her and if I have an issue she definitely takes the initiative to ensure that it gets done. I appreciate all her efforts I really do.
