Rise Lakeside

I will say I’ve been here full year and at first I did like the area but as time went by. It was like I didn’t think it was too safe. My car was broken in once the gate never worked. Also property management is somewhat OK. They stay getting new people, but they can be understanding when it comes to late payments. I prefer the apartments next-door to them because they are way cheaper in rent If it’s your first time starting off here

Flor Roberto has been so patient and helpful getting stuff fixed up in my brother's apartment. The complex continues to look better and better everytime I come to visit my brother. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to this complex.

Maegan at the leasing office is a big reason I chose to move here. She’s responsive, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Her quick follow-up and clear answers made a stressful decision feel easy.

I applied to Rise Lakeside while also applying to Rise North Mountain, not realizing their system would let me sign two leases at once. That mistake on their end has now cost me $2,700 to break the Lakeside lease, even though I chose to live at North Mountain. Their system should have flagged this, but instead, I was locked into two units without proper warning. Valerie was great she was kind, responsive, and tried to help. But Farrah and Maegan were the opposite. When I told them I’d just been in a car accident, they showed no compassion. Their response was basically, “Oh well, you signed two leases, now you have to pay.” No empathy, no accountability—just cold and dismissive. If I could give zero stars, I would. Bed bugs are RAMPANT here!!! Do not move here!!! They moved me into an apartment knowing FULL WELL that the apartment below me had bed bugs. Moved me in anyways! The office women are also rude as hell and dont do what they say they are going to. The pool also is ALWAYS CLOSED. They cant keep it clean, there is actual mold growing alongside the pool walls, and during the summer they closed it for a whole month. This place is the absolute worst.
