Been here for a little bit over a year and I figured that I should leave a review. The management that runs this complex is great and I’m crossing my fingers that it never changes. Ollie and the team are very friendly and handle issues very professionally, and also not to mention that the maintenance team gets things done real fast. There’s been times where I put in a work order request at night, go to work the next day and then when I come back in the evening it’s done already. Incredible. My only complaint is I wish that this was a gated community for added security. Not too long ago I woke up to some stranger breaking someone’s window. And then a few months ago some drunk man mistook my apartment for someone else’s and tried breaking into the front door and I had to call 911. For the m

Ollie was amazing during my move-in! He made the entire process safe, smooth, and comfortable. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care. I really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude. He made what could’ve been a difficult day feel easy. Highly recommend Ollie for anyone needing support with their move-in!

This review is for everyone first off a guy name victor is the one that went threw every apt with me to find the right one. next Dulce was the one that called me and helped me every step of the way to get approved. Once I moved in Edgar and Arnulfo helped us move our stuff in while they finished getting out apt together which was so sweet cause they didn’t have to help. I did a work order at ten that night and they came that afternoon next day and fixed everything. I even got to talked to and met ollie the manager great manager he has hired some amazing people on is team I would recommend this property to everyone

I was referred to the property by my Mother who is a current resident. I visited the property today with Ollie and fell in love with the upgrades and size of the units. Ollie was very helpful and assisted with the application process and communicated very well with me in regards to pricing and availability. While on the property, the residents were very friendly and seemed to have a great relationship with Ollie and that speaks volumes. You can tell that he is active with the residents. I look forward to being a resident at this property!!

I have lived here for over a year and just re-signed my lease again I absolutely love the management. Ollie is so great as soon as you have anything he is on top of it very well clean apartment complex lots of nice amenities that he is constantly updating.
