I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Sandra as my leasing agent. From start to finish, she truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, patient, and always took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. What really stood out was how genuine and caring she was — she made me feel welcomed and valued, not just like another applicant. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made a big difference, and I’m so grateful for all of her help. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will do everything she can to help you, Sandra is the one. She’s amazing at what she does!

Ollie Cooks is so helpful. He has an impeccable sense of humor. Waiting to find out if I got approved. Excellent interaction overall. Even if I don't get approved, I would still recommend. Edit: Ollie got us the approval and even set-up their property with DHA so I could use my voucher. Ollie sees the project through to the end, always keeping us informed of progress. Ollie is clearly very experienced and makes his job look easy. Did I mention that sense of humor? Ollie is a veteran and continues to show the sense of dedication. Edit: Ollie transferred to a new location. New management is friendly and helpful. Thanks again for your work as a team. Update: Officially moved in to my apartment with my family. Apartment is in great shape, although there were a few minor maintenance order

If you’re reading reviews about Ollie, yes he was the best manager ever and completely cared about his residents. Unfortunately tho if you are thinking about moving here, don’t because new management is awful. Ever since the management switched the quality of living here how gone down tremendously. The website advertises this being a GATED community, but our gate has been open ever since Ollie left. False advertisement is crazy. The dog park trash bags are no longer taken out, the community no longer gets regularly cleaned, and the office staff is so unprofessional. What used to be detailed phone-calls are now super brief emails, the new manager clearly does not care for how his residents are doing, and Sandra is soooo rude and unpleasant. I used to love living here but now I deeply regret

I moved into Gateway Place in 2014. Since then I've moved into 3 different apartments. They've had 2-3 different owners. My issues came when Rise took over. The parking changed twice. I never found out where the visitors were to park. My packages were getting stolen from my door. 8 people living across from me in a 2 Bdrm? Beer cans everywhere and loud music. Its time to move. I moved out on Aug 1st. Cleaned and took videos of the apartment. To date I have not received my deposit. It's just $200 but the principle of it. I got an email from the new manager whose a angel (she's absolutely great like Ms. Helen was) saying it was approved 9/26/25 and would be sent to me from Arizona. It's 2 days from a month of getting the email and no check yet. I have never had any mail take this long within

This is has been the absolute best move in experience I have ever! Ollie is the best! He helped me every step of the way! I appreciate him so much! He helped me and my boys get into a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath! I’m forever grateful!!
