Rise Bridgeview

I had an excellent experience touring Rise Bridgeview thanks to Desirae, the Assistant Property Manager. She was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about both the property and her role. She took the time to walk us through multiple floor plans and thoroughly explained the features and options available, which made the decision process much easier. What stood out most was how gracefully she handled assisting other residents while still making us feel valued during our tour. She conducted herself with class, patience, and confidence the entire time. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing a positive experience. If you’re considering Rise Bridgeview, I highly recommend asking for Desirae. She truly represents the property well.

I would not recommend this apartment complex. Parking is a constant problem and completely disorganized. Management sends messages about parking passes but does nothing about moving trucks parked in front of buildings overnight or abandoned cars that have been taking up spaces for years. There’s no real enforcement or organization whatsoever. Management is also extremely unresponsive. They rarely answer the phone, and when you email, you either don’t get a response at all or you wait weeks to hear back. The property itself is not well maintained. There is dog poop everywhere, and roaches are a frequent issue. On top of that, residents are overcharged with endless little fees that feel more like a scam than reasonable costs. Valet trash is unreliable and does not pick up every night that is

Everything was fine up until the storms hit, I put in several requests to clean up the area outside of my apartment because the ice was very thick. I put in maintenance requests and I even emailed them to let them know it proposed a serious fall risk. This was neglected for weeks. They didn’t even put salt down. Recently I was leaving out for work and slipped on the ice, I sprained my ankle and bruised my knee. This injury has put me out of work completely over the last two weeks, I am a NURSE. I emailed management, no response. I spoke with corporate and they told me to put in a claim, still no response. This hasn’t stopped them from requesting rent, even though I can’t work right now until my ankle heals. Not a single person has reached out to me about my injuries or attempting to rectif

Desirae was absolutely amazing! She guided me through my tour with professionalism and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The unit is beautiful, and I’m super excited to be part of this community. Desirae kept consistent communication the whole time, which I really appreciated. She’s so sweet, helpful, and always goes above and beyond without even being asked. On my move in day, she personally walked me to my unit and showed me my apartment that really meant a lot. She’s definitely a team player and a true asset to the community.

Me and my boyfriend just moved here and we love it! Brooke made the transitioning so much easier! Any questions i had she responds fast and efficiently. She greeted us with a welcome smile and made sure we were good with everything the whole way. She was very polite and professional! Thanks to Brooke we are excited on starting a life in our new apartment, in a new area!
