I have to start with Brianna. I can’t explain how kind & helpful she was. I’m moving from NYC & she walked me through so many different floor plans & never made me feel like I was taking up her time. She even researched information I needed in the area- without me having to ask. She is so thoughtful & made this process so easy for me. The apartments are absolutely beautiful & brand new. The property itself is clean & very well maintained. I have a month to go until I’m there & I can’t wait. Thank you Brianna for all your help! 💛

Olivia was excellent! Since we live far away, she went above and beyond by doing a video tour for us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and she made the whole process easy. Recently worked with Michelle at the rise of Baymeadows and all I can say is Michelle is very friendly, kind, took the time to really suit me the properties, explained all the current incentives, took my physical restraints into consideration and really was just a joy to work with. I loved in Jax prior for 15 years and decided to move back as all my children grew up and decided not to join me on Dallas, so moving back is a process. Michele’s very kind and empathetic demeanor really made my search fit a place to live end. I like the location, the apartment, and the way I watched her my desk with just me, but when current residents approached her, they were all very warm to her saved she knew everyone by name which truly defines that she cares about this community of residents rather than ju
