RISE Bartram Park

I’ve been living here for six months, and I’m really enjoying the community! The staff is fantastic, and I especially want to thank Rachel and Gina (who’s been promoted—well deserved!). The maintenance team is reliable, quick to fix things, and friendly. I love the location, being so close to major shopping areas and even Cinemark, which is just a short walk away. Plus, there’s a mall coming soon nearby, which I’m excited about. Also, a Baptist Primary Care seems to be opening soon next door which will be super convenient. I’m a little worried about a few residents who seem to be a bit destructive. The coffee machine was initially 24hrs now it is only available during office hours, while understandable it is a bit disappointing. Also, many pool sticks are broken, and the pool table needs

This is seriously the BEST complex I have ever lived in! The staff makes the experience so incredible with how accommodating, kind, and fun they are! Rachel and Morgan in the front office made moving in sooo easy even though I was a bit nervous moving into such a nice complex. I even wanted to change my unit to fourth floor after I signed the lease for a second floor unit, and they made it seem like it was no problem at all and changed everything quickly. They are so so nice! They’re always organizing fun community events, and they also always take care of any issue sooo quickly. I’m such an introvert and very shy but Rachel and Morgan make me feel truly at home and part of a warm community!

The Maintenance staff treats you with care! No matter what happens, they'll always be there! You never have to worry if something goes astray! Frank and Joshua are here to save the day! With great caring and commitment to this place we call home! You will never ever feel alone! They will always give it their all! And take care of everything - large and small! The kindness and respect they show everybody here! We will always hold in our hearts very dear! It's not just a job to them - it's a calling from the heart! New-ish tenant here. Their customer service is average so far, yes they’re friendly but they usually don’t answer the phones… at all… even when their office is open, (I’ve literally gone in the office and the rep is sitting there not busy at all), my calls have always gone straight to call center and no call backs for a few days. Seems like the only way to get help is going into the physical office but it’s hard when you have to work and their hours are limited. Apartments are in good shape and upgraded, the pest control seems ok but was hoping for that advertised “luxury apartment” service against ants and spiders, the gym is great!, pool could use more cleaning but that’s normal, and office and game room could get an upgrade on their services like other apartments are now offering such a

I wanted to share my positive experience with Rise Bartram Park. The location is excellent and the apartments are truly beautiful. I've also been very impressed with the staff, especially Rachel, Gina, and Katlin, who consistently provide outstanding customer service. The community also fosters a welcoming atmosphere with thoughtful gestures like providing pizza and other treats for residents. Additionally, the fitness room and overall area are very convenient. It's genuinely a wonderful place to live.
