Rise at the Preserve

Went here to take a tour with my boyfriend and my kids the lady was very rude , my boyfriend spoke to her prior to coming about properties to come see then she switched up and changed her mind saying she didn’t have any apartments for us to view for the tour , so she decided to take us to a property that was under maintenance, we get inside an there’s mold in the dash boards it was extremely dirty , random paint on the walls , the overall apartment complex was completely dirty and ghetto . As well as her asking me and my boyfriend to hold our ODS just to take a tour I never heard that before. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone moving there and it’s sad people actually live in that dump

Worst place to ever live…INFESTED with roaches and they literally lost my lease not even 6 months into living there, thankfully I had copies. Trying to charge me after I moved out and informed them I wouldn’t be living there anymore, but my roomate was, and I am still getting notices 2 years later! Be sure to take pictures before you move in because that’s what is saving me from paying for a $300 floor replacement fee. This place is cheap, unorganized, and unreliable. Also was paying $1300 a month for a STUDIO APARTMENT. They will try to scam you out of money and everything breaks. There have been multiple drug addicts in the laundry room that stay there, muggings on 15th ave, undocumented information, and let’s not forget about the THOUSANDS of German roaches just waiting to be crawling e

Stopped by RISE at the Preserve today while doing some property outreach and had a great experience. Met Mark and the team in the office…super friendly, super welcoming from the moment I walked in. That kind of greeting always stands out when you’re visiting properties, and it says a lot about the culture behind the scenes. You can tell right away this is the kind of property where the team takes pride in what they do and how they treat people. Appreciate the warm welcome and looking forward to staying connected. Llived here when it was transitioning from Cascada Del sol into Rise at the Preserve. The units were being upgraded around me from what they were and my apartment had electrical issue. They piled four apartments on one breaker. We spent so many days with NO AIR OR POWER mostly during summer months as the heat would cause the fuse to pop. I can only assume they have continued to upgrade apartments and pile them onto breakers. The rise! Team was rude and unhelpful, and also had the laziest maintenance team doing their renovations. This was 2020-2022 and a terrible, rancid, horrible traumatizing place to live. They also lost my rent that i dropped into their drop box entirely, and i ended up having to pay rent twice one month 🫠
