RISE at Glen Kernan Park

Having lived here for 3 months, I can enthusiastically say that the quality of my cottage is amazing. With new construction, there have been a few challenges; however, the staff here is AMAZING! They are service driven, responsive and efficient in dealing with questions and requests. I highly recommend RISE at Glen Kernan Park!

Spent an hour here last week. Beautiful clubhouse and amenities. Staff were professional, welcoming. Clubhouse was active, large floorplans, site plan is low density, plus 2-car garages!! Will be an outstanding community when fully leased.

From the moment I first connected with Adreina and Shearon they have been friendly and helpful in so many ways to help my mom find her new home. I knew I was in great hands from the moment I walked in and saw amazing smiles. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for their residents. They mailed my mom information because she didn't have email. The units looks amazing I recommend Rise Glen Kernan to anyone who is looking for a place for their parents.

Wasn't very friendly, didn't know very much information about the apartment complex.. She never showed me the variety of prices for the units..
