Rise Apartments

When I first came to Rise Apartments, Joseph helped me out, and he was super nice. He explained everything really well about the units, like the prices, how much sunlight they get, and so on. He also showed me all the amenities, which made me decide to sign the lease right away. Before that, I had looked at more than five other apartments, but this one was definitely my favorite. Throughout the process, Joseph and Derek were both really attentive and helped us with all the documents, making sure we didn’t miss anything. We're really happy with how everything went and we really like this apartment!

My overall experience working with Derek was excellent, and he played a huge role in making the entire process smooth and comfortable. Looking for an apartment can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Derek made it a much more positive experience from the very beginning. His energy, professionalism, and genuine attitude made it clear that he truly cares about the people he’s helping. Throughout the entire process, Derek was always available whenever I had a question or needed help with something. No matter how small the question was, he always took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood everything. I had a bathtub issue I was struggling with for over an hour, and Chris came in and literally fixed it in 30 seconds 😂 Super fast, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. It’s been almost a month since I moved into Rise Apartments, and I can definitely say I love living here so far! I fell in love with the layout of my apartment the moment we walked in — we knew right away it was the perfect fit. Coming home to this space every day makes me so happy. The location is amazing, very walkable, and close to Disneyland. We’ve already spent a night watching the fireworks from the 8th floor — such a nice bonus! I also really enjoy the amenities. The gym isn’t huge, but it has a good selection of equipment (although I do wish all the machines were working 😄). They also offer free Pilates classes every Tuesday night! The community has improved so much since the new staff came in. Brett, Derek, and the new girls are very friendly and easy to get a hold of, and the maintenance team takes care of work order pretty quickly. Overall we’ve enjoyed our time at Rise.
