Even though it's a great place to stay/live at, poorly bad management. I wouldn't recommend this place especially with a HUD voucher when they don't except it and I was lied to since day one. Takes forever to respond back. Definitely needs new management and improvement.

Claim to have dog park but no fences are there for the dog park. So how is that a dog park? My dog can run into a street? Or to the other side of a drainage ditch? You can’t just put a dog bag disrupting system and a bench and call it a dog park. Other than that Have had our differences and issues with the old management company but other than that it’s very nice here. Hopefully the new management will get their act together more than the last.

I've lived here for a while. I'm definitely not going to renew my lease. The new owner is just about charging as much as he can for this area. We have to pay rent, an $80 community package which now they call it utility package. They say the additional fee is to have access to pool, BBQ pits, assigned parking spot, laundry facilities, trash and water. SHOCKER EVERY ONE OF THOSE ITEMS WERE ALWAYS WITH OUR RENT. Then some kind of protection plan $12 instead of just letting us provide our own rent coverage. FAIR WARNING CONSTANT PLUMBING ISSUES. We now aren't able to access the pool. It's the worst. Whoever they have keeping property picked up is a joke. It just started looking ran down. I never thought I would feel this way. Customer service has fallen.

I lived here for 6 Months in a 1 bedroom and I loved my apartment. My floorplan had an extra large walk in closet so I didn't have to worry about a place to store my extra things. The only downside was my room got a little warm in the summer but if I kept my bedroom door open it wasn't too bad. My neighbors were great, and I never had an issue with parking.

I have now lived here over 1.5 years. The complex has made many improvements over the years and is one of the best complexes when you see the price. Management and maintenance have always been very responsive to the needs of tenants.
