My move-in process was such a great experience! From the very beginning, Amanda and Patty were absolutely amazing. They were professional, welcoming, and made everything smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions and truly made me feel comfortable and excited about my new place. I did have a small issue with my hot water at first, but the maintenance man came out immediately even overnight to fix it. That quick response really showed how much they care about their residents. Since then, everything has been perfect! I’m so thankful for such a helpful and attentive team. Highly recommend!

My children live here with their dad. I live in Georgia. I came to visit for a month but I'm taking my kids back home with me. while I am visiting I see sooo many concerning things.First there are rats and mice everywhere. Our youngest son is autistic, imagine trying to keep a autistic 3 year old out of rat traps.He has been having a horrible time with that . Then there is the Mold. Its everywhere. It affects your breathing when you come in, and my daughter has asthma. And the plumbing is Horrible. I flushed the toilet and it came out in the bathtub. What The Hell Is That About? Water coming out of the walls. I went to give my kids a bath and the ceiling started cracking, and the debris started falling and getting in my kids face and eyes. Amanda and Patty were awesome! They were very helpful answering my questions and very professional. The property was was also very nice with great amenities. I'll definitely be going back to see them when my current lease is done. -future resident

My move in had some complications and me and the managers started off rocky, but Patricia has been very helpful even after the situation . I'm hoping it continues going this way . The inside of the apartment is nice I have had only minor problems that are getting fixed. This is the first apartment I've been at where I don't here to much noise from any neighbor's apartment so that's a plus for me.
