Rio Sereno Apartments

Let’s get right to it. I moved in 2019. The apartment was infested with rats. We talked to the first manager and she worked with us. Then she quit. The next manager wasn’t willing to work with us. We paid out of pocket for treatment. I was forced to leave because they weren’t doing anything about it. Now I have it on my credit and it was hard finding a place to live. Thank God for evidence because I was able to find a place. I’m still waiting on my itemized list of why the balance is 2775.00. No one wanted to give me a list. 90%of the time no one is in the office. It would be nice to receive a call back.

I have been a visitor at this apartment complex years ago and was not impressed at all with the people that were living there the people that were running it and the whole atmosphere altogether. I have recently lease an apartment there and have been completely overwhelmed by how wonderful the leasing staff has been the improvement of the property and how nicely renovated the apartments have been done . The leasing agents namely Anthony., Were completely helpful and made releasing process quite quick and simple and little stress. I look forward to living here and would recommend this small community to anyone.

I been trying to contact the new owner and waited for contract that was never given before the ending of September had mo e out I have my 3 child how sad and fustrating good thing we left before the 3rd. We cleaned up are apartment we been calling to trun in apartment keys and Mail box key and still haven't heard from them still waiting.

We moved into Rio Roble complex in November 2019. The process was sooo smooth and mostly in part of their Manager, Alexis. I hope to be here for a long while!! My favorite part of living here is how quickly things get taken care of. And the willimgness to work with their tenants.

When I was living there. I liked it. There was some things I didn't like for example the office is always closed and when I call it gets forwarded to voice-mail all the time it's rare when they pick up.
