Mold damage everywhere, unresponsive, selling the company off to Spaulding group who are just as bad as they are. What a terrible place to live
Love living through these guys, had a pipe burst in the unit above mine a year ago the fast response time to get me into a new unit and taken care of was fantastic. Along with that being very understanding if there is a circumstance on being late for rent if you communicate with them they will work with you.
My boyfriend and I would have loved to come and see this property. However, we were told that we needed to fill out an application and have our credit ran before doing so. I understand not wanting to waste time if we don't qualify, however I don't want my credit ran if I don't like the place or it isn't going to work for our family.
Quick maintenance, but only during business hours. Shared spaces are kept clean and pet policies are enforced. Yet to have any issues in my years renting
