Be careful when you rent there when someone moves out the people who rent you company will say everything new and replaced. Like the Sinks in the bathrooms or the kitchen make sure they’re working right before check for leakages cause if you don’t report it well good luck The place is infested with carpet Beatles when you go check it out get on your knees and look close to the carpet unfortunately I never looked cause I was just exited to move in When you move in, they will tell you that the carpet has been fresh cleaned washed But there will still be stains and blame it on you on the day of move Please make sure to take pictures the day of the move in And I mean of every single corner spot that you guys find even if it’s a mistreated spot, take a picture of it You will thank me

We just moved in and the community is quiet. The condos are charming and convenient with a washer/dryer. There are many amenities surrounding the neighborhood such as great shopping, restaurants and a bus line. It is a great place to call home.

My grandma has a place here and loves it, neighbors are good for the most part and the pool is a total perk!

Condos are way overpriced for small rooms & closet space plus too many steps going up you can get a cheaper one in just as nice or even better area this building is so outdated built in the 80's & ugly looking if that doesn't tell you something!!!!

I live here so I'm a bit biased but I love our community. Everything is clean and pretty. We have our own pool and tennis court, though the court could use some work.
