I had a horrible time living here. Over the course of the entire year long lease, we had cockroach problems that never went away. After they did one treatment, any time we reported another cockroach, the pest control person would just come in and put a few sticky traps on the ground. Our neighbor also had a bed bug infestation that required our entire unit to be treated. I probably was exposed to more toxic chemicals this one year than my whole life. We also lived close to the playground and the kids screaming was extremely loud every single night. There also were always kids playing in the street without any parents around, and it was very dangerous. Current and future tenants beware. There’s currently a person who is looking into people’s apartment units through their windows early in the morning. Unfortunately management and police are unable to actively do anything, so this is to spread safety awareness as this man has been repeatedly doing this around the complex. Please be on the lookout and report any suspicious behavior. This is absolutely ridiculous and no tenant should have to deal with this.

No person in this leasing office ever replies to emails nor even picks calls to address any concerns even after this LiFE THREATENING incident I am going to explain in a bit. As a current resident, it’s a hopeless community with very poor infrastructure and ill maintained houses. Our roof just collapsed in the kitchen because of leaks and the rubble that fell off the floor had life threatening nails and all kinds of sharp metal nuts which is LIFE THREATENING if someone had stood during the fall. It has only created mess and rubble with loooot of dust from the roof fall. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in his work. We’re lucky to have someone so dependable keeping everything running smoothly!

We’ve been living here for the past four years, and over the last two years, we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Bernabe Contreras Valenzuela whenever we’ve raised a maintenance request. He’s always been incredibly prompt, professional, and efficient. No matter the issue big or small he arrives calmly and gets it sorted right away. It’s clear he knows what he’s doing, and he does it well. It’s such a relief knowing someone so reliable is around to help when something goes wrong. Honestly, he’s a huge asset to the community!
