The worst experience ever. Amber won't call you unless she needs something from you. I've been in my home for almost 4 months and just found out they need more of my bank info that Kasey said the underwriter forgot. They can't get it together and expect me to take more time from work to get the information they need. Is this the first mortgage you ever done. Would not recommend and definitely won't use them again. Thinking about pulling all my accounts from this so called bank.

Had a great experience with Erin! Was able to handle 2 loans for us efficiently and answered all our questions frequently every step of the way. Erin is not only professional but also very personable and easy to work with. He was very responsive and handled things very quickly which was important for us. The online tools are the best I've used for a mortgage. It was easy to send documents, e-sign forms, and share information. A modern experience for sure. I highly recommend this team.
