Ridley on Main Apartments

Zero complaints. If youre looking for a future home, I would highly recommend. I lived here and had to break my lease early and the leasing staff were very professional, easy to work with, and its very easy to get ahold of them. They address all issues very fast, and the building is extremely secure and protected. The apartments are very peaceful, no loud neighbors or parties. The garage is very safe with no break-ins. If I hadn't moved to LA, I would of stayed at the Ridley for years. Truly an amazing team and apartment.

I had an amazing experience leasing my new apartment, and I have to give all the credit to Marie Diggs. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help me with everything, from choosing the right unit to guiding me through the entire approval and application process. I also love my community, the residents are wonderful, the neighborhood is very calm, there's no noise, and everything is always spotless and well maintained.

We just transferred to another unit within the apartment for more space and I must say that the process couldn’t have gone smoother without Kendra and Marie, they are a dynamic duo, best leasing agents I’ve dealt with. Their communication was very timely, information that was provided to me was very informative and they were very patient with me when we were indecisive on which unit we wanted to go with. They also pushed for me to be able adjust my move in date so that I could get my keys in time that day. Overall just very considerate management from them two, also maintenance here is awesome as well as housekeeping, they work very hard to keep the apartments high quality! Horrible Living Experience... When I transferred into a new unit, within just a couple of hours I saw roaches in my apartment. I was terrified and immediately reached out to the office for help. Their only response was that pest control comes once a week on Fridays, and they even tried to blame me saying that my actions were causing the infestation. This is absolutely false. In my old unit here, I never had a single problem with bugs. The issue is clearly with this building, since I see roaches in the hallways and know of other neighbors who are dealing with the same thing. I went to the office multiple times in tears because the problem was so bad, but they refused to provide any help beyond the once-a-week pest control visit.
