Ridian Denver Apartments

I’m so excited about my new place at The Ridian! The location is perfect, incredibly walkable and close to downtown without being stuck in the maze of one-way streets. It’s also a dream for my dog. The neighborhood has such a comfortable, welcoming feel for evening walks, and having a park right across the street is ideal. The building itself is beautiful and brand new, but it still manages to feel relaxed and inviting. And the staff truly seals the deal. Kendall is always ready with a cheerful chat and a smile, and Hanna has been an incredibly helpful and attentive manager throughout the process. I haven't needed Weston in maintenance thus far, but he's been so personable the times I've run into him. All around, I genuinely feel like I made a great decision.

Matt, Kendall, and Hanna have been so incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process — I truly couldn’t be happier to call Ridian home! My unit overlooks the pool deck (which is always sparkly clean), and the sound of the fountain is honestly like built-in spa music - no joke, my window is open 24/7. All of the appliances are brand new, every entrance is super secure, and I genuinely feel so safe here. I used to live just a block away, and I can confidently say this is the BEST neighborhood in Denver. On top of that, the residents are all so kind and respectful. I work from home and never deal with noise or disruptions, which has been such a blessing. There are so many perks to this community, and I’m so excited to be a part of it!

Ridian Apartments is a great place to call home! It is always clean, it's modern, and it's well maintained. The whole community feels comfortable and inviting. A big shoutout to Hanna from the management team, she’s always incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. You can tell how much she cares about the residents and the property. The location in LoHi is also one of my favorite parts. It’s surrounded by some of my favorite restaurants and super walkable to parks for my dog.

The Ridian offers an exceptional living experience, and it starts with the world's two greatest leasing agents, Hanna and Kendall. The building is quiet, clean, and has top-of-the-line amenities. It’s perfectly situated between LoHi and the West Highlands. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury and location in Denver, this is definitely the place to be.

We have lived at the Ridian for six months and it has been a really wonderful place to call home. The location is ideal and makes everyday life easy and convenient. Management and maintenance have been consistently responsive, kind, and reliable, which has made a big difference for us. There is a clear sense of care put into the community, from the thoughtful events they host to the overall feel of the building. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the building stays comfortably quiet, which we really appreciate
