Do not move here! I currently have nails coming through the floor that they have known about since October and have not fixed!(Its February).. I Asked for new carpet they refused to replace it even when I offered to pay for it myself! (They said moving my furniture is a liability, I then said I will move it for them and they still said no) They turn the water off without prior notification! They have towed my car even though I provided my car info when I moved in with the sole purpose of not getting towed! We have been without hot water at least 2 times.They also charge for trash valet that has never once took my trash from my porch as promised! The only reason they are getting one star is because selecting 0 stars is not an option

I’ve lived at Ridgewood Preserve for some years now and it has potential, but the maintenance issues make it hard to fully enjoy living here. Plumbing problems seem to pop up regularly, and recently I went 3 days without proper A/C , even after submitting multiple work orders. The nights were brutal! The apartments themselves have a nice layout and the location is convenient, but the lack of urgency makes it very frustrating!!

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare due to the relentless and unbearable noise from the tenants above me. The issue stems from the poor construction of their apartment’s foundation, which amplifies every step, stomp, and movement they make. Since they moved in a month ago, the constant pounding and loud noises have made it impossible for me to sleep, focus while working from home, or enjoy any peaceful, quiet moments. While the leasing office did attempt to address the issue, they ultimately refused to make any changes to the faulty foundation. Their efforts have been ineffective, and the problem persists. This has left me feeling trapped in an apartment where peace and comfort are impossible. The lower rent may seem appealing, but it’s not worth enduring cons

Lindsay was SUPER great! She made sure all the little things in my unit were taken care of before I got my keys! She explained everything so well and gave us a lot of VALUABLE HONEST information! My unit was beautiful! Nice clean and very well taken care of. The outside is clean and well kept! I love it here already and I just got my keys today!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Ridgewood Preserve Apartment Homes and was greeted by Angela Gonzalez, the property representative. She was so warm and welcoming! Angela gave me a great tour of the property—the lobby was beautiful and very well maintained, and the swimming pool was sparkling crystal clear (I seriously wanted to jump in right then and there!). Even though there weren’t any units available at the moment, Angela took the time to show me around and said she’d keep me in mind as soon as something opens up.
