Ridgewood Garden Apartments

I have lived here since the end of 2017, in 3 different units. Here's my experience. CONS: -I take sleeping meds, & have to wear earplugs while I sleep otherwise I'll be woken up as early as 6:30am by my neighbor's dog barking at everything, sometimes multiple times a morning. I've told management, and they outright refuse to speak to the neighbor about her dog, because they think, and I quote, "early morning barking is a reasonable amount of noise", they don't think they're breaking the lease by not addressing the noise complaints, and they also think they know better how often there's barking than the person living next door. I haven't had an uninterrupted night of sleep since I started evening shifts 9/15/25. Couldn't sleep passed 6am on 1st shift for the same reason. They only offer to

So have been living here for almost 4 years now and I love it! The walls between apartments are brick so I hardly ever hear my neighbors. We all have our own fenced in backyards. Size is based on unit size. The office staff (Stephanie and Summer) are both very helpful and pleasant to work with. Maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly and with friendly staff. My AC filter is just out of reach for me and they tell me every month to put in a maintenance order for them to come in and replace it. Normally that would be something the tenant should just take care of. They go above and beyond here. The complex itself is pretty quiet, except for the dogs barking which is normal. Very rarely have I seen police activity here. There is a fire station a block away which is very helpful

For anyone that is looking for a nice quiet complex to move into Ridgewood is a great place to be! The staff is very respectful, personal,and professional. I've lived here for about a year and enjoy every moment so far! The maintenance crew is very responsible and quick to help! Me and my girlfriend really appreciate the ridgewood team and would refer anyone to come join the apartments.

Respond Edit: your correct it was made. The structural damage from inside was never repaired, that’s what we made the work order for. As of late the repair men came and did work on the roofs as well as the handy men coming to remove the molding drywall and old insulation. They did leave the bathroom extremely filthy from their boots and dry wall mud everywhere. I appreciate you responding to the review but please respond before it gets out of hand. Living here has been a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to our property manager, Stephanie and her team. They’ve always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something came up. Whether it was a maintenance request or just a question about the property, they've made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. It really makes a difference having a property manager who genuinely cares about the residents and keeps the place running so well. I’ve felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time I’ve lived here!
