Ridgewood Apartments

Been living here since 2023 and have loved it ever since. Maintenance and the office is always attentive to whatever I need. It’s quiet and reasonably priced for the area. Perfect complex nestled off West Chester pike and super spacious and cozy living space. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to live. The apartments are really nice with plenty of parking, and on-site (and very responsive) maintenance and property management. Plus, when it snows, they do a great job with parking lot plowing and sidewalk shoveling.

Love it here, have lived here almost 2 years. Maintenance is fast, prices are reasonable and the property manager is very responsive and friendly. They raised my rent $10 after the first year, not bad at all. Also they don't have any unnecessary stuff like a pool or gym that ends up costing more in rent. All units have central air and heat too which is great, almost none of the non-luxury apartments in the area have this. Ample parking as well. One time my toilet had a slow leak and Dan came to fix it in literally 4 minutes (on a weekend!). Thanks Dan :)

I lived at Ridgewood for several years, in both a one- and two-bedroom apartment. I only moved because we had to leave the area, otherwise we'd still live there. And I have lived in many apartments in Downingtown, Exton, and West Chester. Ridgewood was my favorite. It didn't have all the amenities that some others do - no washer/dryer in unit (they are in the buildings though), no pool or gym, etc., but that didn't bother me (and the price was great!) Pros: secure entrances, tons of parking, great surroundings (woods), super sound-proof walls, responsive management and maintenance. I never had a problem with neighbors, packages were never stolen, no sound issues... none of the things I see other people complain about at other apartments. Everyone seemed really content here. Ridgewood Apartments is the best apartment in West Chester if you want a quiet, clean, and spacious apartment! Rent is very reasonable especially considering you live in West Chester. The property manager Laurie was absolutely wonderful from the first email to signing the lease. I highly recommend Ridgewood Apartments to anyone looking for reasonable rent in the area.
