Ridgewood Apartments

All I can say is it's safe to live here. Any repairs that need done won't get done unless it's an emergency. The poor maintenance guys are so far behind because they only had someone here 2 days a week. He was pulled between different properties and couldn't get everything done. The new person has so much to do he'll probably be behind for months. Maintenance is super nice and tries their hardest. But walk into the office and the person in there is always watching Steve Harvey. Oh let's talk about notices, those supposedly get handed those. But I didn't get all of them. My car was towed by Unlimited Towing and it cost me $215 to get my car back. That's before the money and time I had to spend fixing my car because they froze my brake calipers up. They still owe me money because they lost a

This is the most unprofessional property management I’ve ever lived with. In a year in a half, there has been multiple property managers that worked in the complex and there were times that there was NO PROPERTY MANAGER at all. It was hard to contact someone and as for Maintenance you had to stop them when you catch them on the site. The entire situation was unprofessional! I absolutely hate that I ever moved there! I’m gone now and this is the happiest I’ve ever been!

I keep calling to see if they have housing available for my and my toddler because were in need of housing ASAP. And someone keeps declining our calls and sending us to voicemail knowing voicemail is full and not accepting voicemail and it says they are opened at 8:30 and I’ve called 5 times and it rings and then the person declines the call. I would like someone to get back to me.

Been calling all morning but the phone is constantly busy. There's no way the phone is busy for hours. Someone has the phones tied up intentionally.
