The maintenance man, Jeff, is extremely professional! He handles everything whenever I need something, and in a timely fashion. He is a very respectful young man as well! Happy to have someone that cares about what they’re doing and making it better to live here! Appreciate him so much!
Actually, 2 1/2 stars: Prayer/Patience. One maintenance worker. Almost a yr & still waiting on said premove in fixes/cleanup. Filthy air vents, unhealthy. Mites? Something is biting me up. Occasional roach. Thieves steal pkgs. Neighbors smells each others boo boo due to napkin thin walls no privacy day/night. Mngr. says cameras work-then why…..? Speeding cars/trucks. Crime. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾✌🏾you said honest review & I ask for no retaliation. Premovin pics/video on requests.
I keep calling and telling these people to stop sending mail to my house for Jason Koogler. The lady told me to put return to sender in it so it can be sent back. I am not about to go through all those changes, that is an inconvenience to me. Obviously that man doesn't want to be bothered because he hasn't responded because he's not getting what you all are sending. STOP SENDING HIS MAIL TO MY DAMN HOUSE and that's it. You are inconveniencing me and WASTING postage while you're at it!!!
The maintenance man came in fixed my sink and faucet and was very polite respectable and courteous.
24 hour notices "to inspect for repairs" & "to make repairs" are used to take pictures to violate lease. Its a set up. Substandard #HOU:-0622-0327
