Ridgewood Apartments

Ridgewood Apartments have been our home for the past two years, and they have been absolutely wonderful to us. Anytime we had an issue, they were quick to take care of it. We only moved out because we were blessed with the opportunity to buy a home. Ridgewood is where we brought our first baby home, and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

I really love living here! Maintenance is always on top of things, the grounds stay nice and clean, and it’s super quiet. Everyone in my building is really cool and I always feel safe here. The only downsides are that parking can be tricky if you get home after 8:00 p.m., and the gym equipment could definitely use an upgrade. Other than those two things, this place is amazing and totally worth it. The amount of space you get for the price is a huge plus too!

We were looking for an apartment and contacted them for a viewing and was offered an appointment in a MONTH! I tried to explain my husband is an OTR truck driver only in town a few days and was told you can try to walk in but your not guaranteed that someone will show you an apartment unless you have an appointment! I can only imagine if we had moved in how we would be treated! Not a good look for potential renters to see off the top! Luckily found many apartments that were VERY accommodating in showing us apartments! Feels like we dodged a bullet!

My experience at Ridgewood Apartments over the past three years has been exceptional. The management team, led by Bryley Walker, has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and efficient living environment. Maintenance requests were always promptly addressed, which contributed to the excellent upkeep of the premises. The apartments themselves are remarkably spacious, providing ample room to live comfortably. I highly recommend Ridgewood Apartments to anyone seeking a well-managed and accommodating living space.

If you’re handicapped, don’t even look this way. They do nothing to people who are parked in the handicap reserved spots, only care about the covered spots since they charge people to park in them. I have communicated to them a couple times about the issue with no response to this day, attempted back in January after my knee surgery but quickly realized “it’s not there problem”.
