Please please consider other places when looking to move. Now that we have left I feel safe enough to leave a review. 1- From the moment we moved in we encountered ROACHES. Lots and lots of ROACHES! In the bedrooms, bathrooms and of course the kitchen. This was a problem the entire year we lived here. They would come in and spray, but roaches need bait to take back to the nest so WE purchased several different types which brought the population down a bit. 2- Trash is out of control! Only 1 dumpster for the complex turned out to be a problem (who knew?!) there was often (and by often I mean several times a week) overflowing trash and bulky trash next to the dumpster, often with kids going through the trash or playing in it. 3- FIRE ALARMS! I enjoy living at Ridgewalk Apartments!! I see a lot of negative comments about the property which are not true. Please get your own experience of customer service from the current staff because these women are amazing! Vanessa and Valencia always help me when I come into the office. They always greet everyone upon entering the office as well.

Edit: this horrible staff and disgusting property manager are now in contempt of court. Vanessa is a disgusting human being I recently won a lawsuit against this incompetent staff. They have to pay me 3xs my security deposit and court fees. Vanessa the Property manager is a horrible and despicable human being. While trying to retrieve my Sec. deposit she cussed me out and hung up on me twice. The whole staff is unprofessional and unethical. They try to bully their tenants and hoard their security deposits. They care nothing bout their tenants or Ga law. Please approach with caution .. AGPM (the parent company ) is constantly hiring the worst staff. The previous manger before her was fired along with the whole staff. Im more than certain this staff will eventually meet the same fate.

Bad experience visiting my friends who lived there. The property manager was always giving issues. When they moved out they had to hassle them for their deposit back, and they did not get their deposit back until after going to court. If anybody else has to deal with Vanessa and the staff, be prepared to be directed to the parent company in Florida. These folks will pretend to pay attention to the issue and try to delay items making it your fault. Spend your money elsewhere.

As of 2024- I continue to reside at Ridgewalk and remain extremely pleased. My air conditioning went out yesterday. I filed a maintenance request and by the time I returned home from work my air conditioning was functioning properly. Thank you- Aujanae and the staff at Ridgewalk for your prompt service. Listen up!… Before I applied to live at Ridgewalk, I read the reviews and was hesitant but I knew that I needed to experience the apartments myself. I’ve always known that complainers complain and they rarely have a solution to the problem. I don’t know what Ridgewalk was like before I moved in so I can only comment on the current situation.
