Avoid buying or renting these homes at all costs, or you will be paying all the costs. Terribly constructed homes, cheap building materials, and modern "technology" that doesn't ever seem to work properly. My one star is for their staff in the office. Rude, condescending people that could care less about customer service or meeting the needs of the home owners. The entire process feels very shady. The neighborhood and residents are great despite all these issues

All I have to say is Tracey is amazing!!!! Her energy is amazing! We enjoyed every moment of our conversation with her. We were able to relate to her as my husband is a retired veteran. 😇 My husband and I were in the Clermont area visiting a friend who lives about 15 mins from Ridgeview and wow wow wow!! We fell in love with this home watching the tours on YouTube but seeing it in person it’s a different story. House is gorgeous it has everything we need and love! Tracey was able to provide us with information right away, we didn’t have to wait she was able to take care of us as soon as walked in and we mentioned we were interested in building our first home together. I highly recommend to anyone looking at this home to come in and look for yourself you will not be disappointed plus Tracey

Have one of the first houses built by Landsea homes as of yet no major problems out of the normal issues on new construction

Went by this community. Love this builder. Went by there to take a look at how my buyers home is going so it's moving along and this is a picture of the clubhouse community area. Going to be lovely once it's finished. They're working on it!🏡😍🇯🇲
