Ridgeview Apartments

I scheduled a confirmed apartment viewing with the on-site property manager, gave her my contact info, and we agreed on a specific time. I took a day off work and drove over 30 minutes to the complex, only to find the leasing office completely closed—lights off, no one there. I called several times but got no answer, and there was no voicemail set up. I reached out to corporate, and they stated they had no idea the manager had taken the day off. It was clear no attempt had been made to notify me or reschedule, even though the manager had my number. In my opinion, it’s highly unprofessional for a manager to miss confirmed appointments, leave no way for people to reach the office, and fail to inform corporate of their schedule. I lived here for two years and absolutely loved my apartment and my experiences with the leasing office! The complex is in a convenient location and was small and welcoming. I would have continued to stay here; however, I had a crazy neighbor move in who made the experience uncomfortable and no longer a positive environment. This neighbor caused multiple people in the building to move out within the same time frame. Overall, I would recommend the complex, just not building 4820! :)
