Ridgestone Apartments

This review is based on the treatment of a good friend and tenant for years and years. The manager of this location is, in my opinion, harassing my friend, who still lives here. Because they are worried about retaliation as they still reside here, I can’t even share the abhorrent treatment that’s been going on, but I will make sure to update this as soon as they vacate because I’m quite disgusted by the turn of events. The manager is making claims that are untrue, and twisting the property manager rights. The behavior is totally unethical.

The price is very affordable 👌 That's why I have been living here for 2 years. The person in charge is very friendly and if I have some problem like fixing something they respond quickly. 😊

They increase the rent every year by as much as they can and yet the ENTIRE complex is infested with german cockroaches. One of my poor sweet neighbors cried on my shoulder about it and i had to explain Logos would need to spray every unit - but they wont do that. The owner is very greedy. Also nonhandicapped cars are always in the handicapped spots. Feral cats roam the premises, i watched them attack a dog with a young lady walking by.

I moved here in 2024 from Oak Park Sacramento and I LOVE it! Very close to shopping, food movies church etc! Quiet and friendly neighbors.

This review is solely for the service I received from Logos property management only. Initial contact was great when I first inquire about a unit here at Ridgestone and the person I had dealt with was very nice and informative however after my husband and I had signed the lease and made all of our required deposit and rent, nobody had followed up with us at all on what the next steps were or when we were getting our keys and we became very concerned. We had to reach out to them on what the next steps were and set an apt to get our keys. This unit was available since DEC 2018 and we were scheduled to move in 2 whole weeks after being approved. We even had to call the on site maintenance guy ourselves after not hearing anything with only 2 days before we were scheduled to move in. I did rece
