Ridgeline Management Company

My LO lives in one of their facilities and we are in the process of moving her out and she’s only been there two weeks. So many red flags and incidents already. Company has no ethics. They don’t follow their own contract or the laws of the state of Ohio. Director of nursing hires incompetent people some of which are her friends so no one is held accountable for anything. No care plans, no logging of care, wearing of name tags are not enforced. None of my LO caregivers wore them. There was a serious incident involving my LO where she had fallen and was left bleeding and unattended to. I just so happened to visit that night and found her in that condition. We have a family owned landscaping business and this company owes us thousands for our services and our material. They completely ghosted us now and have a tab of well over $5,000 owed to us. We will be filing a lawsuit this month as it’s been over a year now since we have seen a dime. How can you people call yourself professionals or sleep at night.

I recently reached out via email (Web based inquiry) AND voicemail, yet never received any communication back from this company. This company formerly managed the community where my recently deceased mother lived, and I simply needed some yearly receipts for tax purposes. When the director of the community (which is now managed by a different senior living company, thank goodness...) told me she wasn't able to help - that she hadn't had any luck with the same request by other families, and it would be best for me to reach out directly to Ridgeline, I admit I didn't have high hopes... Seems I was correct...

I have a small company that partnered with Ridgeline in Lansing Michigan. When they sold to another company, Ridgeline in Lansing owed my small company $15,760 for services. They never paid us and we are in the process of pursuing legal action.

Not even a star. They are out of TX and own the Ridge at Stratford here in AZ. They did not sign contract and took my move in for 3k plus. All senior living placements agents everywhere beware.
