I want to start by saying these 5 stars are not lightly given. I am a woman who lives alone and have had some apartment horror stories. The place I was at before this was AWFUL. I felt beyond unsafe to where I couldn’t live there the last 4 months I paid rent. Ended in many police reports and lawyers involved. I was stalked and followed by my neighbor who would cover my ring camera in tape while I’d be home. Would follow me while walking my dog and video tape me. With that being said, I took my time searching for a place that I knew I’d feel safe in. As I’ve toured 10 places and haven’t found anything great, driving home (my moms home while I paid rent for my old place) one night the 101 was closed so I had to detour. I will say that from the first time I moved in till now it has been great! I’ve been here since December. The front office and maintenance has been awesome. I have had some maintenance issues with my unit, but every time I have put in a request, they get to it within 2 to 5 days. If it is emergent, then they come next day. They have cute little activities/events going on for the residents as well as the pets. The price and location are great! I like that they are affordable. I see the maintenance staff cleaning the complex in the morning and running around to different apartments doing work. The front office girls are great as well. They explain everything to you prior to you signing any paperwork.Everything is included in the monthly rent except for the electricity bill. So you get the ap

4.5/5 RidgeGate Apartments has been a good experience thus far. Would recommend to rent. Neighbors are friendly and so are the office workers. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, they are on it asap. Only reason its not a 5 is walls are too thin but that's apartment living. Thank you!

I decided to not move here . Make sure you look at the room you are actually getting. They will show you a demo room that isn’t close what you get. When I went to look at my room day before move in the apartment was a mess , chips were all through out the counter, the cabinet looked like it was half way done, the dish washer wasn’t even attached to the counter structure, the carpet was thin as if it hadn’t been changed in years and when I asked if they replaced the carpet I was told it was “ new “. We all know what new carpet looks and feels like I’m not dumb, there’s no digital thermostats like in the demo room. The communication in this office hasn’t been the best, all communication was done by texting someone on property followed by getting a response of “ I’ll check with my colleagues
